How do I know if a shipment is awarded/ lost?

When the shipper makes their final decision, they will proceed with booking the chosen quote, which will then be shown as a shipment. Providers will receive notifications on whether they have won or lost the shipment.

Providers are notified on both email notifications and on the platform when they win or lose a shipment. 

Providers who do not win the shipment receive feedback detailing the reasons why the Shipper selected another quote, such as pricing, timing, or reliability.

Providers who successfully secure a shipment will receive an email notification confirming the booking.

After winning a shipment, the provider's operations team can begin communicating and providing updates on the shipment to the Shipper through the tracking dashboard.

Manage all your booked shipments conveniently on the Shipments tab located in the Sidebar.

Navigate to the Shipments tab to access all shipments assigned to you and your team. Here, you can easily track the status of each shipment, including Booked, Shipping, Delayed, Delivered, Incomplete, and Archive. Simply click on any shipment to view more details and manage it effectively.

You can customize your dashboard view using the Filter or the Columns tools located at the top right of the shipment list view.
