If you decide not to take part in a Quote Request, it's important to decline the request to let the Shipper know. They might be waiting for your quote, so make sure to inform them by clicking on the 'Decline' button.
On the Quote Request, click on the 'Decline' button.
When you click on the 'Decline' button, a pop-up message will appear prompting you to choose the most appropriate reason for declining the request.
In the second field, add a comment on declining the request and click on the 'Decline' button to proceed.
