Cargobase status' for Providers

Pending Quotation → New Quote Requests from Shippers which are pending for quote submission.

Quoted → Quote Requests which quotations are submitted and pending for Shipper to review and book.

Declined → Quote Requests which Providers rejected to quote.

Pending Revalidation → Quotations that requires revalidation because shipper made changes on Quote Requests.

Archived→ Historic Won or Lost shipments, and others that are not responded on.

Open for Quotations → Quote Requests which are still opened for quotations

Closed for Quotations → Quote Requests which are no longer accepting quotations.

Booked → Shipments with a future pickup date.

Shipping → Shipments with a past pickup date and a future delivery date.

Delayed → Shipments with a scheduled delivery date which passed 5 days.

Delivered → Shipments with POD submitted.

Incomplete Delivery → Shipments with a scheduled delivery date which passed 30 days and no POD submitted yet.

Archived → Historic completed shipments, canceled shipments.

Canceled → Booked shipments which are then canceled by Shippers.

Auto-closed → Shipments in which POD is not necessary and have auto-closed function (once scheduled delivery date has passed X amount of days) activated on company level.

Unsubmitted → Shipments pending for invoices submission to the Shipper.

Awaiting Audit → Invoices that are submitted and awaiting to be audited by Shipper.

Declined Invoices → Invoices that are declined by Shipper and require a resubmission.

Approved → Audited invoices that were approved by Shipper for payment processing.

Declined → Provider invoices rejected by Shipper.

Removed → Invoices that were removed/canceled by the Carrier.
