Save time creating a request re-using an existing request or an existing shipment.
Duplicating transactions help users save time creating new requests by re-using and editing the details of existing requests or existing shipments. Here is the step-by-step guide.
Duplicate requests or shipments from the list view
- Open the Quick requests or Quote requests or Shipments tab via the sidebar menu.
- Search and find the request or the shipment intended to duplicate.
- Click the quick action button Duplicate at the right end of the screen.
- Click Continue.
- Edit the request and submit to complete the request creation steps.

Duplicate from the request page or shipment page
- Search for the request or shipment reference via the Universal Search or the Sidebar.
- Open the page of the request or the shipment intended to duplicate
- Go to quick actions (The 'three dots' icon) on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Duplicate.
- Click Continue.
- Edit the request and submit to complete the request creation steps.

What's next?
Upon submission, all invited providers receive an email notification to let them know about the new request created. The email contains a link redirecting to the Cargobase platform for the provider to view the details and submit quotes.
