  1. Visit https://status.cargobase.com/ for the most recent updates and historical status of the Cargobase Platform Systems.
  2. You can also reach the Status page by navigating to Platform settings within the Cargobase platform and selecting Platform status.
  3. All Major and Partial incidents are monitored on the Status page.
    1. Major - This incident affects all users, such as a platform outage or a user authentication service outage that impacts all users.
    2. Partial - The incident affects some users, but the platform or service remains operational.
  4. Subscribe To Updates to receive the most recent information directly to your inbox.

Components Status

  1. Component statuses are monitored individually, allowing you to access specific details for each day over the past 90 days.
  2. Click "View historical uptime" to view past the 90 days status.
