Admin users with View/Edit User Roles permission can add roles from their end by navigating to Settings → Admin Settings → User Roles.
Please note that any changes to Admin roles can only be amended by Cargobase Support.
Example of default roles for Provider users:
- Admin: Full access to view and edit company, user, and role settings.
- Manager: Can manage users and shipments with limited admin rights.
- Regular User: Can view and manage only their own shipments and reports.
If the provider wishes to add a new role, they can do so; however, they must first confirm the role name and specify the permissions to be granted for each relevant module (e.g., Quoting, Tracking, Invoicing, Reporting, Admin Settings).
