What does 'Notify Party & Consignee' mean?

Shipper - A Shipper or Exporter is the individual or company responsible for transporting goods, managing logistics, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring timely delivery.

Consignee - The Consignee is the recipient of the goods, typically the buyer or a designated party, and their role begins upon the goods' arrival at the destination.

Notify Party - The Notify Party is informed by the carrier or freight forwarder about the shipment's arrival or status changes and can be the consignee or a designated individual from either the shipper or consignee.
How to add 'Notify Party & Consignee' details?
Similar to adding a pickup and delivery address, users can insert the Address and Contact Details of the Consignee and Notify Party.
- If the Consignee's information is the same as the delivery address & contact, users may enable the checkbox 'Same as delivery address & delivery contact'.
- If the Notify Party's information is the same as the delivery address & contact, users may enable the checkbox 'Same as delivery address & delivery contact'.
- If the Notify Party's information is the same as the consignee address & contact, users may enable the checkbox 'Same as consignee address & delivery contact'.
- If the Notify Party is unavailable, it can be skipped and left blank.
