The Tracking page allows users to upload and manage shipment-related files, essential for clear communication and documentation. However, users may occasionally upload incorrect files.
To remove an incorrect file:
- Locate the Files section within the Tracking page.
- Look for the file you wish to remove and click the X icon that appears.
- The file is now removed.
Users are only allowed to remove files uploaded via their account.
- Supported File Formats: Providers can upload files in formats such as any MS office documents, JPG, JPEG, among other common file types.
- Upload Limits: Each shipment allows a maximum of 10 files or a total size of 20MB.
