How to remove an attached file on the Tracking page

The Tracking page allows users to upload and manage shipment-related files, essential for clear communication and documentation. However, users may occasionally upload incorrect files.

To remove an incorrect file:

  1. Locate the Files section within the Tracking page.
  2. Look for the file you wish to remove and click the X icon that appears.
  3. The file is now removed.

Users are only allowed to remove files uploaded via their account.

  • Supported File Formats: Providers can upload files in formats such as any MS office documents, JPG, JPEG, among other common file types.
  • Upload Limits: Each shipment allows a maximum of 10 files or a total size of 20MB.
