Providers have the ability to modify the schedule if you need to adjust the pickup or delivery date after your shipment has been confirmed.
1. Click on 'Edit Schedule' icon located at the top right corner of the Tracking page.
2. Edit the updated 'Pickup', 'Delivery' and flight/ vessel information.

3. Once saved, the details will be updated on the Overview and Schedule section of the Tracking page.
Alternatively, Providers may also update the schedule on the Schedule section directly.

It is essential to regularly update the shipment schedule to ensure that Shippers are kept informed.
