How to customize list view filters and columns

You can customize the view and filter the information for your Quotes Requests and Shipments.

How to use the Filters Tool?

Open your Quote Requests or Shipments tab, click the icon on the top right. Once opened, the Filter options will be displayed. You can filter by:

• Display Status
• Team
• Freight Mode
• Origin
• Destination
• Created By
• Quotation Received

Save your Filters

Please follow the next steps if you'd like to save a filter. 

1. Click the icon.
2. Choose the desired information to filter.
3. Click the Save Preset button.
4. Add a name to this filter and save it.

Once you have saved your Preset Filter, you can use it for your future views, as you prefer. 

Click on the Clear All button to remove the filters. 

How to Customize Your Columns?

Open your Quote Requests or Shipments tab, click the icon on the top right. Once opened, the Columns options will be displayed. You can customize by:

• Basic Information
• Goods Information
• Schedule
• Service
• Tracking 
• Other

Save your Columns

1. Click the button.
2. Click / Unclick the desired information to customize your view.
3. Close the button, and you'll see the saved information on the list view.
