How to confirm a submitted quote?

If the Shipper edits a Quote Request after you have submitted your quote, Cargobase will require you to confirm your quote.

If the Shipper modifies the quote request, you must verify in Cargobase that your submitted quote remains valid according to the shipper's changes.

If you need to update your quote, you may edit it according to the new requirements.

In the Quote Requests module, you can find the status 'Confirmation Required '. You will be able to find the quotations that need your confirmation here.

Review the modifications made by the Shipper. If your quote does not require any updates, simply click on the Action button Screenshot 2024-04-30 at 1.37.21 PM and choose 'Confirm quote'.

Upon receiving a request to confirm a quote, an email notification will be sent to you detailing the changes made by the Shipper.

 

If modifications are needed for the quote, simply click on 'Edit quote' to update your information and resubmit the quote.
