When a Provider user has access to multiple teams on Cargobase, the user will need to assign the correct team to quote for the request.
Follow these steps to assign the right team to quote for the Quote Request:
- Open the new Quote Request, click Assign to a Team.
2. Select the correct team that should submit a quotation. 
3. Once the team is assigned, the Submit button will become available and the users in the team assigned can start to quote.
If the wrong team has been assigned, a user with the appropriate permissions can release the assignment and select a different team to provide a quote. Please note that this option is only available if no quotes have been submitted yet.
