Guest users, whether internal or external, can view a specific shipment's tracking page, providing visibility without full platform access.
Steps to Add a Guest User

Ensure shipment is booked.
Guest users can only be added after a shipment is booked successfully.

Select a shipment from the list of ongoing shipments.

Click on the action button located in the top right corner of the Tracking page.

Select Guest access from the dropdown menu.

A Manage Access popup window will appear.

Enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite as a guest.

Click Invite.

The guest will receive an email invitation with a link to access the tracking page of the shipment.
If the Guest user invited is not a registered Cargobase guest user, they will be guided through a quick sign-up process to gain a guest user access.
