Shipment Tracking and Comments

When opening a shipment, all shipment tracking events are displayed. Air tracking events are grouped together if they are sequential, just to make sure we don't make you scroll for days in case of many minor updates. The latest update will always be displayed.

You can filter through the noise of updates and just see actual chat messages by selecting ‘Comments’ on the top of your screen. All the automated events will be hidden and you'll just see the messages you received from the provider. This is also where you can add your own comments. These comments will then be visible for your colleagues, the provider and any guest users or customs brokers.

Adding a Tracking number

When viewing the tracking updates, or the shipment detail, you'll see existing tracking numbers and the ability to add or remove tracking numbers. Here, you can add any tracking number that you receive and if possible, we'll ensure the tracking details are retrieved automatically.

It is important that you identify the right type of tracking, so our system knows where to pull the updates. The app is smart enough to recognise the type automatically, but it's always good to check and you can manually change it.

Reviewing Shipment Details

The shipment page also lets you retrieve all the details of the shipment. To view these details, you select the shipment that you’re interested and select the ‘Details’ option on top. There, you'll find all the expected details, as well as links to the original request and the ability to add or remove tracking references.
