When a Shipper creates a Quote Request, the platform reviews certain details of that request to identify which LSPs to invite. These details are configured per LSP in a team. Each team has certain capabilities and has one or multiple people. In some cases, the capabilities of a team overlap. This means, that a member of a team, first needs to claim that Quote Requests for themselves.
Follow these steps to assign a team to quote for the Quote Request:
Open the new Quote Request, click Assign to a Team.
2. Select the correct team that should submit a quotation.
3. Once the team is assigned, the Submit button will become available and the users in the team assigned can start to quote.
After a team is assigned, it can be unassigned and a different team can be selected. This is only possible if no quotes have been submitted.
