The Cargobase platform is set up in a way to match shippers and providers only if there is a true fit. Only inviting providers that can fulfil your request is the key objective. That means that for each enterprise account, the supporting provider accounts are set up for specific lanes or regions and freight modes.
The provider I want is not listed
If the provider you were expecting is not listed, it may be due to a pre-selected freight mode or lane. We encourage you to consider the shortlisted providers, as they have been carefully selected by your account administrators to ensure a suitable match for your needs. If you would like to onboard additional providers for your organization, please contact Cargobase Support for guidance on the process.
If you are an administrator an want to add more, please follow the instructions on how to add additional LSPs.
I made some changes, can I now invite more providers?
Absolutely! To invite more providers, simply go to the Quote Request page and look for the list of invited providers located at the bottom left of your screen. There, you'll find an option labeled 'Invite Providers'. This feature allows you to select and invite additional providers from the updated list that corresponds to your specific freight mode and lane.
