Change or recover your password
I want to change my existing password
If you automatically log in, without providing a password, you can update your password by navigating to your settings and providing a new password there:
- Click your name on the top right of the screen
- Select Settings >Your details > Update password
I lost my password
If you forgot your password and want to set up a new one, follow these steps:
- Go to https;//web.cargobase.com
- Click 'Request new password' and follow the suggested steps.
Be sure to have access to the e-mail address associated with your account.
