How to cancel a shipment?

Booked a shipment that is no longer needed? Here’s how to cancel it.

There may be times when you award a shipment that is no longer needed. No worries — you can still cancel the shipment even after it has been booked.

  1. Look for the shipment you would like to cancel  and go to the Tracking tab. 

  2. At the top right corner of the shipment, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Cancel Shipment.


  4. A pop-up window will appear. Click Cancel Shipment to confirm.


  5. The shipment status will change to Cancelled.

 

When you cancel a shipment, your provider may still charge the full shipment cost or at least a cancellation fee. Make sure you have a clear agreement with your provider on how such cancellations will be handled.
