How do you use the Resolution Center?
On the Sidebar, you'll find the Resolution Center; a notification badge with the number of your awaiting actions will be displayed with a shining red light. For example, pending approval Quote Requests are on the Resolution Center.
Click on Resolution Center to open the list of pending actions
- Awaiting Action status is where you'll see all pending tasks.
- Archived status us where you'll see completed tasks.
Select a task to take action.
