Quick Requests are managed through the Requests page. This feature is only visible if your user role has the necessary View Quick Request permission.To access Quick Requests, tap the Requests option in the main tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
Good to know - You can post new comments on a Quick Request and review the entire history of previously posted comments.
If you have access to both Quick and Quote request functionalities, an option to switch between Quick and Quote requests will be visible at the top of your screen.

Viewing Quick Request Details
To view the complete details of a Quick Request, locate and tap on the corresponding request card. All available details will then be displayed.
If the selected Quick Request has been converted into a Quote Request, a link will also be provided to navigate directly to the associated Quote Request.
You can copy any value from the Quick Request by simply tapping-and-holding on that value and a ‘Copy’ option will appear.

Posting Comments on a Quick Request
To post a comment on the Quick Request, locate the 'Comments' option in the upper right corner of the screen. If existing comments have already been posted, the number of comments will be indicated in the option's title (e.g., 'Comments (2)' signifies two existing comments).

Searching for a Quick Request
While we do provide a ‘Universal Search’ option in the app, available via the bottom right in the main tab-bar; Quick Request is not supported at this time. You can search for Quick Requests on the page.
This search only supports search on the QR number.
