The Cargobase platform provides a comment section in every step of the process.
Quote request
During the quotation process, you will find a comment section in the "Quote" tab of the shipment dashboard.
Type your message, choose your audience, click "Post":
Shipper: one of the invited providers or all invited providers
Provider: the shipper or general message to all - this will be an anonymous message, only the shipper will see who sent it.
Shipment
Open the shipment dashboard by searching the platform with the S# or via the "Shipment" tab in the blue main menu bar.
You will find the comment section at the bottom of the page.
Shipper and provider can leave all sorts of information such as: tracking details, pick-up information etc.
