Because you can manage the full lifecycle of a shipment, from procurement to payment, you can capture a lot of data about that shipment, your providers and your company as a whole.

Watch this quick video - or read the instructions below - on how to export the data you want into a csv file, or how you can view the readily available graphs and tables.

Instructions
The Cargobase platform has the ability to export reports into a CSV file.
However, if you are looking for a quick overview you could also click "Analytics" and choose one of the following tabs: "Location, Freight modes, Providers or Billing"

How to export a report

If you need a more detailed report with all information combined you can create a report by clicking "Analytics" in your menu bar on top, stay in the tab "Export to CSV" and click the green button "New report"

Step 1. Choose one of the four different types of reports based on your needs

  • Requests: Provider quotation(s) received not yet booked or provider quotation(s) received but no actual booking was made.

  • Shipments: All shipments booked via the platform, this includes shipments in transit, delivered or booked but later cancelled.

  • Quotes: All received quotations

  • Invoices: All received invoices

Step 2. Select the time frame of the requested information
Please bear in mind that the export of a report might take a while if you select a wide time frame.

Step 3. Select a freight mode
You can select one of all freight modes, again the export of a report might take a while if you collect a lot of data at once.

Step 4. Select the location
Only the location which you are connected to can be selected. This can be multiple locations or just one.

Step 5. Generate report
Click the "Generate report" button and your report will be generated.
