Once you have received the quote that you want to book, just navigate to the request and hit the 'Book' button. Watch the quick video below on how that is done.

I cannot 'Book'. I only see 'Request approval'

Each company sets up its own 'approval levels' with tiered approval amounts. Every user is associated with one such level.

If the incoming quote exceeds your level, you can no longer directly book the request, but you are asked to request approval.
