After a shipment is awarded to a provider, we no longer refer to it as a 'quote request', just simply as a 'Shipment'. Throughout the lifecycle of each shipment, you will receive multiple status updates and milestone events.
Most events are automated 'track & trace' events, but they can also be questions or comments from the providers, as well as airline updates or cost changes. All of these updates can be found on the 'shipment dashboard'.
