Scenario 1 - POD not available yet.

You successfully delivered the shipment, however, the POD is not available on Cargobase yet? Watch this quick video on how to submit the POD or following the instructions below.

Open the shipment dashboard and click on "Submit POD" 

Fill out the the requested information and click on "Submit POD"

Your shipment is now closed on the platform and no longer flagged as "Delayed"

Scenario 2 - Actual delivery will be later.

If, for whatever reason, the originally estimated time of arrival will not be met, the shipment could be flagged as delayed. To prevent this from happening, you can update the schedule. Watch this quick video on how to update the schedule, or follow the instructions below

You have noticed the shipment will not be delivered as per the estimated delivery time in your quotation.

Open the shipment dashboard and click on "Edit schedule" 


Fill out the the requested information and click on "Review & Confirm"


You have successfully changed the estimated delivery time. The shipment will not be flagged as "Delayed" on the platform


However, you need to fill out the delay reason when you are submitting the POD as the actual delivery time is later than the estimated delivery time

The shipment is closed on the platform after you submit the POD.
