Quote submitted, but shipment is not yet booked

Open the quote request by searching the platform with the S# or via the "Quotes" tab in the blue main menu bar. 

Open the quote request page and click on the quotes tab.
Click on "Edit" in the quote request. 

Go to the second page of the quotation and make the adjustments to the schedule. 

Review and confirm the shipment on the third page. 

Shipment is booked, but I need to make an adjustment in the schedule

Open the quote request by searching the platform with the S# or via the "Shipments" tab in the blue main menu bar. 

Make the adjustments to the schedule. 

Review and confirm on the second page. 

You have successfully changed the advised schedule!
