Open the shipment dashboard by searching the platform with the S# or via the "Shipment" tab in the blue main menu bar. 

The provider can submit the tracking details to the shipment dashboard.
However, sometimes they need a little reminder to do this. 

You find the comment section at the bottom of the page.  
Here you can ask the provider an update. 

You will receive a notification when the provider responded to your comment.  

You can also share information via the comment section.
For example: Please be advised we expect long waiting hours at pick up due to peak season rush
